§ SIR MICHAEL HICKS-BEACHI think the statement is probably true, although I have received no official confirmation of it. Papers will be laid on the Table as soon as I have received them from the Governor General of Canada, which I expect will be in a few days, and then the hon. Member will be able to see exactly what has been done.
