MR. W. H. JAMES

asked the Secretary to the Treasury, Whether it is the case that the Oystermouth Railway, now the Swansea and Mumbles Railway, has been assessed by the Board of Inland Revenue to the Railway Passenger Duty; and, if not, if he would state on what grounds?

SIR HENRY SELWIN-IBBETSON
