asked, with reference to the intended despatch of sub-Commissioners in connection with the Royal Commission on Agricultural Distress into Wales, Whether the Chancellor of the Exchequer will take care that the sub-Commissioners shall be acquainted with Welsh, the only language which the Welsh farmers can speak freely?
