HC Deb 25 April 1879 vol 245 cc1097-8
MAJOR NOLAN

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland, On what date his Bill for the Improvement of the Grand Jury Laws of Ireland will be printed for distribution?

MR. J. LOWTHER

I am afraid, Sir, I cannot at this moment name any actual day for bringing in the Bill relating to the improvement of the Grand Jury Laws of Ireland. I have quite recently received some important suggestions, to which I feel bound to give very careful consideration before setting the final draft of the Bill. I hope, however, that I shall be a position to introduce it before long.
