MR. ASSHETON CROSS, in reply, said, that the Report referred to had not yet been received; but that as soon as it was it would be laid upon the Table in due course.

MR. ASSHETON CROSShoped that the hon. Member would not move a Resolution on the subject until he had seen the Report of the gentleman who was specially sent to investigate the question.
