§ SIR FREDERICK PERKINSasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, 492 Whether it is his intention to bring in a Bill founded upon the recommendations of the Select Committee appointed by this House, on the 26th of February 1877, to inquire into the Police Seperannuation Funds in the counties and boroughs of England and Wales, and the Acts creating and regulating the same; and, if so, whether he will inform the House when it is likely that this intention will be carried out?
MR. ASSHETON CROSSNot this Session, certainly. It is, however, a subject which deserves, and I can say it will receive, the immediate attention of the Government.
