HC Deb 26 February 1878 vol 238 c378
MR. O'DONNELL

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland, Whether Government will give facilities for the continued discussion of the Queen's Colleges and University (Ireland) Bill, now on the Orders of the Day for Thursday, either on that day or at an early date?

THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER

I beg to inform the hon. Member that this Question connects itself with the General Business of the House. I am afraid, in the present state of Business, I cannot make any promise with regard to this Bill.
