EGERTON,in reply, said, that the First Lord of the Admiralty, after a full consideration of the reasons alleged for the appointment of a Committee to inquire into the designs of ships of war of Her Majesty's Navy, had come to the conclusion that he could not consent to the appointment of such Committee.
