§ CAPTAIN PIMasked the First Lord of the Admiralty, If Her Majesty's Government will, without delay, appoint a Select Committee to inquire into the system now in practice for ascertaining, first, what are the various classes or types of vessels which best meet the requirements of Her Majesty's Naval Service; and, secondly, what is the system in practice for obtaining the most efficient designs for such classes?
