§ MR. HUNT, in reply, said, the Report of the Royal Commission on Fugitive Slaves had not yet been circulated among hon. Members. When it had been so circulated and Members had had sufficient time to consider its contents, Her Majesty's Government would take an opportunity of stating what course they intended to pursue.
