BOURKE, in reply, said, that on the 17th of the month Sir Henry Elliot was directed to send a member of his Embassy to assist Vice Consul Dupuis in inquiring into the alleged atrocities in Bulgaria, and Her Majesty's Government had heard that Mr. Baring, one of the Secretaries, had been sent upon the mission.
