§ MR. W. H. SMITHThe draft scheme of the Epping Forest Commissioners will be published to-morrow, the 21st in- 1625 stant, for public inspection. The Commissioners will receive any objections or suggestions which may be made to them in writing respecting the said scheme pursuant to Act of Parliament, and afterwards will consider objections, holding such public meetings as may be necessary or desirable, and will then finally settle the scheme, and also their final Report. The Commissioners entertain no doubt that the matter will be ready for legislation in the next Session of Parliament.
