said, the Report of the Vivisection Commission should be laid before the House after it had been submitted to the Queen. There had been some delay, for which he could not account, in the printing of the book, and it was with the greatest difficulty that he obtained one or two copies for his own use. As soon as possible the Report should be laid on the Table.
