SPEAKER informed the House, that he had received from two of the Judges selected, pursuant to the Parliamentary Elections Act, 1868, for the trial of Election; Petitions, a Certificate and Reports relating to the Elections for Durham County (Northern Division), and for the Borough of Armagh. And the same were severally read.
