§ MR. DISRAELI, in reply, said, that the vicarage of Halifax had been only a short time vacant. There were circumstances of a very complicated nature connected with it, and he had ordered an investigation. Until that investigation had been terminated, he could not state 1961 what would be the course of the Government.
