§ MR. J. LOWTHERSir, Papers in reference to the subject referred to in the Question of the hon. Member were laid upon the Table on Tuesday last, and I hope will all be in the hands of hon. Members in the course of a day or two, if they have not already been delivered. They contain the memorials of the Kings and Chiefs, together with Governor Strahan's explanations and observations thereupon.
