§ LORD JOHN MANNERS, in reply, said, he could only give the hon. Member 175 the same answer as he had given him 10 days ago, that no such proposals had been received from the United States Government since the last Session. He was, therefore, unable to lay any Papers relative to the subject on the Table of the House.
