§ MR. J. LOWTHERSir, the Estimate is already prepared, and will be ready for presentation to the House whenever an opportunity can be obtained. As to fixing a day for the discussion, my right hon. Friend at the head of the Government is about to make a statement as to the course of Public Business, and he will probably give full information upon the point.
