Mr. SPEAKER informed the House, that he had received from the Court of Common Pleas a Certificate upon a Special Case stated for the opinion of that Court, under the Parliamentary Elections Act, 1868, relating to the Election for the Borough of the Town and County of Haverfordwest, to the effect that William Edwardes, Baron Kensington, was net duly elected.

And also from the Judge selected for the Trial of Election Petitions, pursuant to the said Act, a Certificate and Report relating to the Election for the Northern Division of the County of Durham, to the effect that the Election was void.
