§ VISCOUNT SANDONSir, there is no money at present available for the decoration of buildings at South Kensington. 1354 No decision will be formed as to the continued employment of art students in the decoration until the whole question of the proposed new buildings at South Kensington is settled. I may add, however, that the subject of these buildings, which is a very large one, is now engaging the attention of the Government.
