ASSHETON CROSS,in reply, said, it was not the intention of Her Majesty's Government to carry out during the Recess the recommendations of the Judges with respect to the redistribution of Circuits in England. Those recommendations were connected with the Judicature Act, and would come into force at the same time as the Act.
