HC Deb 12 June 1873 vol 216 c836
MR. C. DALRYMPLE

asked the Vice President of the Council, Whether he will give a Return of the number of Night Schools and of Scholars in attendance on them during last winter, when the new regulations were in force; and, whether, without altering the regulations as to attendances, he is prepared to recommend any alteration of the clauses relating to age and standards?

MR. W. E. FORSTER,

in reply, said, he was unable to give the information required in the first part of the Question, as he had not yet got it, nor would he be able to obtain it until he had the results of the Inspection in his hands. As regarded the second part of the Question, they did not intend making any alteration in the clauses relative to age and standards.
