§ VISCOUNT ENFIELD,in reply, said, it was not usual to lay upon the Table of the House Treaties of Commerce concluded between countries other than our own. However, if the hon. Gentleman would move for a copy of the despatch of Lord Lyons relating to the treaty recently negotiated between the Courts 1088 of Ava and France, there would be no objection to lay it on the Table.
