Motion made, and Question, That this House cloth not insist on its disagreement to the Amendment made by the Lords in page 11, line 3, and which Amendment was leave out (may also, if they think fit), and insert (shall),

put, and agreed to.

Amendment proposed, To insert after the word "shall" in the said Lords Amendments, the words "in all proceedings before them under sections 5, 10, 11, and 12 of this Act, and may, if they think fit, in all other proceedings before them under this Act."—(Mr. Chichester Fortescue.)

Question proposed, "That those words be there inserted."

Amendment proposed to the said proposed Amendment, to leave out the figure "10."—(Mr. Rathbone.)

Question put, "That the figure '10' stand part of the said proposed Amendment."
