HC Deb 22 July 1872 vol 212 cc1512-3
MR. HERMON

asked the Under Secretary of the Local Government Board, Whether the Board of Guardians of Henley Union have sufficient medical assistance for the necessities of the outdoor poor, delay having occurred in visiting a poor woman (of the name of Bishop) residing in Peppard parish?

MR. HIBBERT

replied that no representation had been made to the Local Government Board of insufficient medical assistance for the out-door poor in the Henley Union. The areas of the medical relief districts in the Union did not appear too large. He was in communication with the Board of Guardians on the subject, and he would be happy to place the answer he received in the hands of his hon. Friend.
