KNATCHBULL-HUGESSENSir, I am happy to say that during the last season there were no collisions between Canadian and American fishermen, and we hope that the coming season may show no other result. But, according to the usual practice, instructions on the subject, calculated to avert disagreeable results, will be sent at the 948 proper time to the Admiral on the station.
