THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTONsaid, in reply, that when he saw what Amendments were introduced in that House into the Licensing Bill for England which had recently been submitted to the House of Lords, he would decide whether he should endeavour to extend its operation to Ireland by the introduction of additional clauses; or whether it would be expedient to bring in a separate Bill relating to that country?
