§ MR. CARDWELL, in reply, said, he would answer the Question in the absence of his right hon. Friend. His gallant Friend would have the weapon ready for inspection at the War Office for hon. Members who were desirous to examine it; and the interior mechanism of the breech action might be inspected at the same time.
