§ MR. GOSCHENI must ask the hon. Member to be kind enough to repeat the Question on Thursday. I have no personal cognizance of the matter; but the papers which I have seen do not bear out the statement contained in the Question. I wish, however, to have time to make further inquiries on the subject.
