Motion made, and Question proposed, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that She will be graciously pleased to disallow the Statute now lying upon the Table of the House, by which membership of the Church of England is, for the first time, imposed as a qualification for appointment to the governing body of Harrow School."—(Mr. Trevelyan.)
