GORDONsaid, he wished to ask the Lord Advocate, Whether it is his intention to introduce a Bill relating to the Titles to Land and other Heritable Rights in Scotland; and, if so, whether he will name an early day on which to introduce such Bill, so as to afford sufficient time for consideration of its provisions?
§ THE LORD ADVOCATE, in reply, said, it was his intention to introduce a Bill upon the subject referred to in the 496 hon. Member's Question, and also one dealing with the law of entail; but he was not at present in a position to name a day for the introduction of those measures.
