HEYGATEasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, Whether, before proceeding with the Committee on the Factories and Workshops Amendment Bill, he will lay upon the Table of the House any Return in possession of the Government showing the number of Workshops which will come under the provisions of the Bill?
