§ MR. DISRAELISir, I beg leave to give Notice that on Thursday next, on the Order of the Day for going into Committee of Ways and Means, I shall move that the financial propositions of the Government are not satisfactory, and it is expedient that Her Majesty's Government should re-consider them.
