said, he wished to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, Whether he has any objection to lay upon the Table the De- spatch of Lord Granville to Sir Philip Wodehouse, which has been presented to the Cape Parliament, in regard to the establishment of responsible Government at the Cape of Good Hope, and the withdrawal of Troops from that Colony?

, in reply, said, there would be no objection to lay upon the Table the despatch of Lord Granville to Sir Philip Wodehouse alluded to by the hon. Member.
