MR. C. S. READ

said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, When the Minutes of the Evidence taken before the Norwich Election Commissioners will be printed, and in the hands of Members; and, if it be true that no Writ will be issued for the City of Norwich till after an Act has been passed for erasing from the Electoral Roll the names of all those persons who are scheduled by the Commissioners?
