Order read, for resuming Adjourned Debate on Amendment proposed to Question [17th June], "That Mr. Speaker do now leave the Chair;" and which Amendment was,
To leave out from the word "That" to the end of the Question, in order to add the words "the continued want of employment among those who live by waged labour in many of the great Towns of the Kingdom calls for the special consideration of this House, with a view to the means that may best be devised for the remedy of the same without delay,"—(Mr. W. —instead thereof.
