said, he would beg to ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Whether, as for the future it will not be necessary for Farmers to take out Licences for Horses which may be occasionally employed in drawing road materials, he will recommend that the Duty which has already been paid in such cases this year be remitted by the Board of Inland Revenue?
