said, he wished to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland, If it is the intention of the Government to bring in a Bill this Session to assimilate the Bankruptcy Law in Ireland to that at present in force in England?

replied that he was not in a position to answer the Question; but if his hon. Friend would repeat the Question tomorrow, when the Solicitor General for Ireland would be in his place, he would be able to inform the hon. Gentleman on the subject.
