MR. GLADSTONE, in reply, said, he could not at present name a day for the introduction of the Bill referred to by his hon. and learned Friend, but he would do so as soon as possible. Until there was a reasonable prospect of their being able to proceed with the ulterior stages of the Bill, there would be no advantage in bringing it in.
