STACPOOLEsaid, he wished to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland, Whether it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to introduce a Bill early next Session to give facilities for the purchase of Glebes and the erection of Glebe Houses for the Ministers of all Religious Denominations in Ireland, and to enable Loans to be advanced for that purpose by the Board of Works or other public body in Ireland?
