HC Deb 23 March 1868 vol 191 c101

Order for Third Reading read.

MR. GLADSTONE

said, that an engagement had been entered into not to press the Motion after half-past twelve. The hon. Gentleman the Member for North Warwickshire (Mr. Newdegate), who was in his place, would, he presumed, object to its being proceeded with, in which case he would fix it for to-morrow.

MR. NEWDEGATE

objected to the Bill being pressed, as it had only been delivered that morning.

Third Reading deferred till To-morrow.
