REARDEN moved for leave to bring in a Bill for the amendment of the Act of Legislative Union between Great Britain and Ireland, the establishment of a Federal Parliament and independent Legislature in Ireland, the separation of the National Debts and Revenues of the two countries, and the responsibility of each Country for its own debt and its reduction.
