§ MR. SCLATER-BOOTH, in reply, said, the consent of the Treasury had not 1333 yet been asked to any such Table as the hon. Member referred to; but one was being prepared by the two Archbishops and the Lord Chancellor, and the result would shortly be presented to the House.
