HC Deb 23 April 1868 vol 191 c1148
MR. STACPOOLE

said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for India, Why the Political Section of the Administration Report for 1862, made by Colonel Davidson, resident at Hyderabad, for which an Address was ordered on the 20th August, 1867, has not been included in the Papers laid before Parliament?

SIR STAFFORD NORTHCOTE

said, in reply, that there was no Political Section in the Administration Report of 1861–2; and though there was such a Section in the Administration Report of 1862–3, it had no bearing upon the Returns laid before Parliament.
