§ SIR JOHN PAKINGTONI have, Sir, no objection whatever to state, in answer to the hon. Member's Question, that I have had communication with his Royal Highness the Commander-in-Chief with respect to the Resolution to which the hon. Member refers; but I am sure the hon. Gentleman will excuse me if I say that I must reserve to myself a discretion as to the time when I shall inform this House of the result of that communication.
