§ LORD JOHN MANNERSThe Park Lane section of the fences is under contract to be completed by the 15th of October next. Other portions of the fences are contracted to be completed by the 15th of July next year. The character of the fence is a substantial one of iron, and I hope, to a certain extent, ornamental. It will be set in a granite curb.
