§ GENERAL DUNNEsaid, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for War, Whether he will take into consideration the case of those soldiers now serving who were enlisted for a longer period than twenty-one years, with a view to giving them the advantage of the terms of enlistment under the Bill of this Session.
§ SIR JOHN PAKINGTON, in reply, said, he had not as yet thought it right to make the change suggested by the Question of the hon. and gallant Member, 1452 but he would make inquiries into the matter.
