§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERYes, Sir, it is my intention to retain in the Representation of the People Bill the clause for the use of voting papers, and I hope it may be adopted by the House. I hope also it may be adopted in Ireland. That, I think, is a country in which it would work very advantageously.
