§ LORD ROBERT MONTAGUreplied, that a Bill had been prepared on the subject of the cattle plague, which would shortly be laid on the table. Its object was to continue the Acts of last Session, which 1107 would expire in August next, and to remedy some defects which experience had shown to exist in those Acts; and also to embody Orders in Council, in order that they might at any time be put locally in force.
