§ Resolved, That provision be made for the payment, out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom, of the Salaries and Pensions of the Comptroller and Auditor General, and of the Assistant Comptroller and Auditor, who may be 484 appointed under any Act of the present Session relating to the Duties of the Exchequer and Audit Departments, and also for the Payment of Annual Allowances to certain Officers whose offices will be abolished under the said Act.
